Shipping policy

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, we will charge your method of payment. We will then process the payment and your order will normally be dispatched straight away and may arrive within 5 working days. In the event that you placed a pre-order with us, we will contact our supplier to confirm when the product you have purchased will be available for shipment, normally 4-6 weeks for pre-orders. In the unlikely event that your pre-order is forecast to ship beyond 6 weeks from the day you place the order, we will contact you to confirm you wish to wait or require a refund.

Order Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders over £500. For orders under £500, delivery is calculated based on weight and shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order has been placed and payment processed, we'll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at hello@iconiqoutdoors.co.uk so that we can help.

Damages

Please inspect all items at the point of delivery and avoid accepting delivery of anything visibly damaged. If you discover damage after unpacking, contact us straightaway, see our Returns & Refunds Policy for how we handle damaged or incorrect items.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, contact us at hello@iconiqoutdoors.co.uk and we will cancel it with no fee. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are treated as returns, see our Returns & Refunds Policy for your 14-day statutory cancellation right and our full refund process.
